Someone fills out your website form, then a staff member copies the details into a contact database and emails the team. I can help connect those steps using available connectors, plug-ins, or automation, so information moves between tools without someone retyping it.

The latest proposal is in someone’s inbox, project photos are on a personal drive, and new staff don’t know where to start. I can organize shared folders, sort out account access, and set up a way of naming and storing files that your team can follow.

A custom GPT for your company or department

Your team keeps hunting for the same instructions or asking the same questions. I can set up a custom GPT around selected company materials so staff can look up a process, draft from your templates, or find guidance for their department. We work out who should have access and test it against real questions.

A monthly planning conversation keeps priorities clear. We agree on responsibilities, availability, and priority scheduling in a contract that protects both of our time. The arrangement can adapt as your needs change, with additional work and outside costs approved before going ahead.
