A system can be technically possible and still be wrong for the people who have to use it. I listen to the people involved, look at how the work actually gets done, and plan around what you can realistically use and maintain.

Human judgment comes first. I represent your interests, choose tools around your needs, and handle the practical connections. The goal is something useful and sustainable, with no preferred vendor or hardware package driving the plan.

Someone fills out your website form, then a staff member copies the details into a contact database and emails the team. I can help connect those steps using available connectors, plug-ins, or automation, so information moves between tools without someone retyping it.

The latest proposal is in someone’s inbox, project photos are on a personal drive, and new staff don’t know where to start. I can organize shared folders, sort out account access, and set up a way of naming and storing files that your team can follow.

A custom GPT for your company or department

Your team keeps hunting for the same instructions or asking the same questions. I can set up a custom GPT around selected company materials so staff can look up a process, draft from your templates, or find guidance for their department. We work out who should have access and test it against real questions.

We start with deep discovery: what you’re building, who it’s for, how you want it to come across, and what the people running it need. From there, I develop a comprehensive plan, coordinate creative and technical collaborators, and put the agreed pieces in place.

That can include website layout and copywriting, domain setup, inquiry forms, scheduling, and the systems behind them. I handle the technical connections and coordinate the people involved, then provide the training and documentation to help you use what we build confidently.

A monthly planning conversation keeps priorities clear. We agree on responsibilities, availability, and priority scheduling in a contract that protects both of our time. The arrangement can adapt as your needs change, with additional work and outside costs approved before going ahead.
